Information about booking

• Our rates vary with seasonal demands from $85.00 to 165.00, double occupancy.

• Third person, 8 years and over, $15.00 per night.

• Children under 8 years are free in room with parents, maximum 2 children. Rollaway bed, $15.00 extra charge per night.

• Senior citizens ! Ask if a AARP rate is available on for your reservation dates

• Pay cash and we'll give you $5.00 back in cash.  Applicable to the entire reservation, one time fee,(not cummulative days).

•  Call 800-362-1151 or email for rate quotes on specific dates. Not applicable with other promotions!

• Ask about group rates. ( 6 or more rooms)

• Cancellation Policy:

• Should you have to cancel your reservation, we require a 72 hours notice to accept your cancellation.

• Insufficient notice will result in a charge for the full amount of your booking.

•  If you are postponing your booking to another date at that time, with the consent of the innkeeper, we will credit your charge to the new date. 

• NO refund for early departure.

• Holiday periods are subject to 30 days cancellation notice!

• Cancellations are charged an administration fee of $25.00 plus tax

• Late check out:  Please inquire with the Innkeeper if this can be aranged. 

• Check in time starts at 2 PM ~ Check out no later than 11AM

• Please note, we make homemade pizza right here on the premises.
  A 16" size with two toppings included is $16.00 plus 9% meals tax.
