Pet Policies

We are a pet friendly establishment and will accept the pets of responsible owners, subject to our pet policy.

Pet charge is $18.00 per night, maximum 2 pets

All damages caused by the pet will be billed to your credit card at actual cost including loss of business. Guests who pay cash may be asked for a deposit.

We have compiled a few simple common sense rules to govern the handling and conduct of pets at our lodging establishment. We want you to enjoy your pet and at the same time show consideration to the other guests and our facilities.

Pets are not allowed on the bed or any other furniture

Pets must be crated when left unattended inside the room. (housekeepers must gain access to clean the room daily)

When you walk your dog on the greens, (back yard only), please pick up after the pet. You can dispense it into the wooded area without the plastic bag, or walk the dog in the wooded area and you do not have to pick up after it.

A/C will not be left on in rooms for pets.

Open the windows to air the room in the warm season.

Pets must be kept on a leash and controlled at all times when outside on the lawn.

Please do not use extra blanket as pet blanket.

Pets must be clean, odor free, carry all current inoculations and free of any infestation.

If, by your negligence, the room or grounds are soiled, we will charge a cleaning fee of a minimum of $35.00 to your account.

Damages will be charged at actual repair or replacement cost plus loss of business if the room cannot be rented for any certain time period.
